Personal Use

• You are allowed to use the Modern Muses templates for any number of personal projects.

Commercial Use

• You are allowed to use the Modern Muses templates for one commercial project/client.

• You can sell a unique website design that's based on a Modern Muses template to one client. But you cannot redistribute, resell, or license a unique website design that's based on a Modern Muses template.

What you can't do

• You can't redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer a Modern Muses templates as-is or any individual component of the template to any third party or marketplace.

Ownership

• Modern Muses retains ownership of the template but grants you the license on the the terms above.

• If a breach in this license is discovered, Modern Muses may take legal action. Webflow may also take administrative action such as closing your account.
